Do we match?

team.it is looking for people to make a match for a serious, long-lasting, happy… and remote relationship, thanks to the remote work model in place. The tech company launched a campaign today, in line with Valentine’s Day, aimed at finding new talents to join the team. Stickers were distributed in various university campuses in Lisbon with a QR code that links to a landing page, where more information about the available positions can be found.

The areas around the universities were chosen to leave the QR codes, which were also shared on the company’s social media platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. However, there is no age limit or geographic restriction: applications are being accepted from different technological fields and from anywhere in the country, earning the same salary they would receive if working from the larger cities in Portugal.

team.it is an Innovation and Technology company that practices a strategy of sustainable corporatism – work-life balance, remote work, and community involvement – aiming to enhance the healthy management of its professionals’ lives, who choose their work regime.
