team.it generated nearly €900,000 in its first few months of operation.

team.it closed 2021 with €867,000, achieved in the first few months since its launch. With just six employees at the company's inception, the number rose to 45 by the end of the last year.

“It was an excellent start! In just a few months of actual work, as there was a strong component of preparation and client acquisition in the embryonic phase, we managed to grow beyond expectations,” says Flávio Massano, CEO of team.it. “We are guided by a team spirit that facilitates the progression of results due to the involvement we create not only among employees but also with our partners.”

In 2022, the goals remain optimistic. team.it aims to increase its revenue by 211% and reach €2.7 million. It also plans to continue expanding its team and reach 80 employees. “These are ambitious perspectives, but perfectly achievable considering our progress and the position we have been consolidating in the market.”

One of the company's core principles is community involvement. As proponents of remote work, a large portion of team.it’s employees do not live in major urban centers like Lisbon or Porto. “The adoption of remote-first brings benefits not only to the employees – who choose where they want to work from – but also to the territorial cohesion of the country. Professionals no longer need to relocate to large cities and have the chance to live in less busy areas, which could contribute to an increase in their quality of life.”

The balance between employees' personal and professional lives is another concern for team.it, which believes that the ability to choose their workplace location can help achieve this balance. The third core principle of the company is the beginner’s mind – a philosophy representing constant openness to new ideas from any team member.
